The resort was gorgeous and easy access to the transportation hub and Magic Kingdom was a blessing. However, the position of the Tower where we stayed erodes a lot of those conveniences. The tower has only a central lobby and elevator access, so if your room is down a hall it's a hike. You get access to a refillable drink with your dining plan but the only places to refill it are in the central lobby or outside the tower, meaning what seems like a awesome benefit may as well be useless unless you enjoy a 10 minute walk every time you want a drink. You also will need to walk to reach the monorail, or the transport hub, or the boat dock, a not inconsiderate amount that adds up after a long day in the parks.

Went here recently on our trip to Disney. We were here Feb ‘25. We booked to have breakfast there, the resort parking was easy and close to the entrance. The hotel was very nice and had a great atmosphere. We were greeted and taken to the restaurant where we were given some delicious fresh pineapple bread that smelt amazing. Once we were seated we were brought juice and a breakfast. The breakfast was unlimited but it’s not a buffet, the staff bring more out as you need more. The choice was ham, waffles, sausages and potatoes. The food was amazing but I personally preferred chef mickeys at the contemporary as there was much more choice and you could go get what you want when you want. Only 1 dining plan credit tho to be fair. We got to see 4 characters at our table which was nice as well. We didn’t stay there so I can’t comment on the rooms.

Had a lovely stay in a deluxe studio room in Moorea. It was lovely for both kids to have their own bed. Clothing storage was at a bit more of a premium as there is no chest of drawers, but there is a box chest that is probably for luggage but we used for clothes instead. Construction was barely noticeable. The pool was fantastic as always and nicely warm. Food as always was superb. It was lovely to walk along the beach to the Grand Floridian again. My kids also enjoyed the daily resort activities.

Great theming and decor. Wonderful service by front desk cast members and bell hops. Location is amazing. You can watch Magic Kingdom fireworks on the beach and the music is piped in. On the monorail line and close to all the parks. Love love love it.

Took my daughter to the Lilo and Stitch character breakfast. She is Gluten and Dairy free. They easily accommodated her, the breakfast was delicious. They had cute gluten free Mickey and Stitch waffles. The characters spend time at every table. Totally worth it!
